![]() ![]() Having a gunship stack with a flying hero is a great idea for the mid game as it gives you lots of mobility and power. The assault bike is kinda terrible and you should ignore it.įor the mid game gunships are good and so are engineers. I like having two pugs in each stack because they can refresh eachother abilities for infinite healing. The impact mod will help against melee enemies. You can then keep your pugs back and use them to protect your troopers. Pugs are just a good support unit, give them the stim mod as well and the laser impact mod when you get it. With these two mods your troopers will be hard to kill and will unload lots of damage at long range. Troopers only need two mods to shine, the stim mod and rail accelerators for range. The backbone of your military for the early game will be pugs and troopers. They make up for this by having the pug, one of the best support units, and the stim mod which is one of the best early mods in the game. My experience with the vanguard is that they dont have any particularly stand out units, and some bad ones early on. ![]()
